Partly Loudly

from Glamoplasm by Glamocaster

about

This is a really personal song. I wrote it when dealing with a lot of issues brought up by the death of my brother-in-law, which, naturally, brings up a lot of pain and sorrow, and things I wish I had done differently. It's things like this I only know how to express with music.

lyrics

In remembrance of me
someone I used to be
I wasn't evil,
I wasn't good
and I'm still not who I should be

come together
you and me
throw our old skin
out to sea
shed our old selves
and better be

all condolences to you
we all know how it hurts
I'm a shoulder, I'm a rock
I'm a friend for what it's worth
